BRP Collection and Freedom of Move

“Hi, my question is related to step 31. When we got the Endorsement letter for Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Visa and applied for Visa Stage, we have to go to the UK in a specific duration of time.
In my case, I want to go to the UK when I will have job interviews. I want to go in a permanent way when I’ll start my job there. Is it possible (1) to go to the UK, (2) get the BRP, (3) come back to my native country, (4) prepare for the transfer with family and (5) get hired in the UK, (6) come back to live permanently? This process will probably take a couple of months.
Thanks for your reply.”

Answer:
Hi. Thank you for your question.
Yes, it is possible to enter the UK, get Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) and then come back to your native country.
The main point – you must get this plastic card (BRP) and have it with you. It gives freedom for your next moving to the UK with family.
However, if you fail to get it in time, you need to apply for Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Visa again, from the first Endorsement stage since it will be a separate case with no relation to existing Endorsement letter.
That is why, please, mind deadlines in your vignette and come to the UK to finish the full process of Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Visa application.
