I do not get questions about dependents of Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Visa holders frequently. In general, I wrote about my experience in Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Partner and Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Child articles. However, sometimes, there are very precise questions. For example, regarding letter of talent endorsement and dependents of Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Visa holders. Perhaps, my answer will be useful to someone else.
“I intend to submit my Stage 2 application at the same time with my dependents (wife and 2 kids). Since my dependents need to each make their separate applications on the Visa4UK website, my questions is that do I need to submit my endorsement letter in each of their application?”
My answer is quite short. Yes, it is better for your dependents to submit your endorsement certificate in their Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Partner (Child) Visa applications. You are the main applicant, hence, this will be a logical act. It will make their applications more clear and directly related to you, as a main applicant.
Moreover, you are not limited in the number of supporting documents for the applications of dependents Tier 1 Exceptional Talent applications. Hence, why not?
You can and must provide as many proofs of your relations as possible. You are interested in positive decision in their visa application. Hence, do your best.
In my case – my wife and a child applied after me. There was around a month of difference. I have already got my issued Tier 1 Exceptional Talent visa (vignette) in the passport. That is why, we attached a copy of issued vignette in my passport to both dependents’ applications.
