Firstly, dear future talents and promises, I do my best to answer your questions about Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Visa applications but please, forgive me delays. Every of your mail is read and I will do my best to reply.
So today, I answered questions about employment contract and other documents about work.
“Dear Andreii should I provide all my past experience documents such as employment contracts and employment certificate ? Or I just need to provide the last two positions ?”
It is up to your own consideration how many extracts of employment contracts to attach to your visa application but as for me – I added most relevant, recent employment contract (its extract since it was very long but supporting documents should be not more than 10 in total number). Example of the Extract of Employment Contract is in Talent Visa App.
“What kind of document I need to provide ?(Contract, yearly income certificate, employment certificate, monthly salary.)”
I can confirm that extract of Employment Contract with information about your position, salary, location of work and details about the company, as well as signatures of all parties are completely fine and works. As I mentioned above – I applied this information.
However, yearly income certificate might be also good since it contains all the required information.
“I have a limited company in the UK called COOLEST TECHNOLOGIES LTD can I submit my company documents such as company certificate ….”
Having a company in the UK or somewhere else does not influence on the visa application. The main point is your earnings at this company. So if you are doing good business with thousands of pounds in your bank account – it might be reasonable to add information about this company (and your role there) too.
