I do my best to answer your questions about Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Visa applications. With delays but still – do my best to reply. Today, I answered questions about the employment contract and other supporting documents about work.
Amount of proof
“Dear Andreii should I provide all my experience documents such as employment contracts and employment certificate? Or I need to provide the last two positions ?”
It is up to your consideration of how many extracts of employment contracts to attach to your visa application.
But I added the most relevant, recent employment contract. I attached its extract since it was very long but supporting documents should be no more than 10 in total number.
And again – if you have worked at 8 places and will provide the extracts from employment contracts from all of these jobs – is it relevant with your future exceptional promise or exceptional talent status?
I don’t think so. Yes, it does not reject the pure idea that you are a talent or promise but don’t forget that you must provide other proofs, not only for criteria 1.
By the way, an example of the Extract of Employment Contract is in Talent Visa App.
Type of Supporting Documents from work
“What kind of document I need to provide? (Contract, yearly income certificate, employment certificate, monthly salary.)”
Extracts of Employment Contracts are one of the most popular documents to prove the experience of work in digital technology as well as the amount of salary, key responsibilities, a period of work at a particular company and your job location.
However, the essential thing to remember is that these extracts as your supporting documents must have not only the correct title of your position, salary, location of work, and details about the company but also – signatures of all parties. You must provide a scanned copy without any Photoshop edition or other types of vision correction.
And since this piece of evidence tells so many aspects of your professional level, in my opinion, extracts from employment contracts are truly excellent in its nature and actions. As I mentioned above – I applied this information too. Again, I attached only two extracts (from my current and past jobs) but due to the content of significant information, both of them were accepted as appropriate supporting documents for criteria 1 for Exceptional Promise.
However, if you do not know how to make an extract of the employment contracts – do not worry too much. There is a plan B for this situation. Your yearly income certificates might also be useful. They contain most of the required information which I have mentioned above. Sure, you will not have any work duties in the slip. And in many cases, they will not contain any signature but they are working option for criteria 1 too.
Employment Contracts, Company Certificates, etc.
“I have a limited company in the UK called COOLEST TECHNOLOGIES LTD can I submit my company documents such as company certificate ….”
Having a company in the UK or somewhere else does not influence on the visa application. I think you know that it is very easy to do business in the UK and, particularly, to register a company.
But the main point behind the pure idea of working at your own company is your earnings at this company. And this is one of the most essential but sensitive moments of our fairy tale of Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Visa application.
Hence, if you are doing good business with dozens of thousands of pounds in your bank account (however, yes, millions are better 🙂 )- it might be reasonable to add information about this company. And your role there as well.
