D.T.: Depending on the description provided in the guidance of “product-led”. I personally do not think this should be less attractive as Applicants with exceptional skills, as the definition of the title stands for will always be in a position to be qualified and granted for this sort of visa.
Q: What are your thoughts regarding three letters of recommendation as an obligatory option for applicants (instead of two letters as it has been required before)?
D.T.: The additional letter will allow applicants to provide additional information regarding their achievements, and as such, will provide them with a better opportunity of adding one more critical document to their ten docs. If initially, we have two recommendation letters, a CV, a personal statement and ten documents, adding one more it helps the Applicants as a majority of them will have more than 14 docs to submit and they are unsure which one should be left aside, and have always struggled to cut the number down.
While I believe those applying to be endorsed Exceptional Talent should not be facing any issuing with the references, and this is mainly because of their years of experience in the industry those looking for Promise might have issued in obtaining 3 letters of support provided by established organisations in the digital technology sector due to the fact that they are at the start of their carrier.
