Letter of Recommendation is one of the key documents in your Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Visa application, so please, read the question that I have got and think about your application:
“One of my Letter of Recommendation is signed by one well-known person who is the CEO of The Company, where I work. The second letter is signed by my line manager of The Company. Both of these letters are on the headed paper and with the addendum of CVs for these people.
I can ask about one more letter of recommendation from my previous job. However, it is not an international company and is quite small in size (10 employees)”
As the Guidelines say on page 27: “You must provide three letters of recommendation written in support of your application by three senior members of three different established organisations in the digital technology sector.”
Hence, this situation is not acceptable – your referees are working in the same organisation. That is why the probability to get a rejection and not to be endorsed is higher than in other situations.
Regarding small companies and Letters of Recommendations from the organisations that are well-known on the local level – this option is also not the right choice. However, it is acceptable if this small company (even with ten employees) has recognition on the national level in your Country. Again – as the Guidelines say: “….institutions or companies with a well established the national or international reputation and recognised expertise in the digital technology sector.”
So what you need to do is to ask your referee to write a paragraph more about the company and its national influence on digital technologies. This information is required to prove its role in your Country’s tech ecosystem.
